What to send us
The more of this you include, the faster we can price it:
- Product — dimensions and weight per unit, and how many units the display has to carry.
- Display type — floor display, counter or PDQ tray, hook display, pallet display, or a shaped campaign unit. A photo or sketch is enough to start.
- Quantity — per order, and estimated annual volume.
- Retailer — if the unit has to meet a specific chain’s compliance requirements, tell us which one.
- Timeline — the date the display needs to be on the shop floor.
- Destination — delivery terms and discharge port.
How an order runs
- Enquiry — you send the details above.
- Structural proposal — we draw the dieline, run a load calculation and quote, usually within one business day.
- White sample — an unprinted sample to confirm size, fit and load-bearing before any tooling.
- Printed prototype — full colour, for retailer sign-off and campaign photography.
- Production — offset printing on Manroland 900 presses, die-cutting, lamination and gluing under one roof.
- Assembly and loading — we can receive goods from your other suppliers, inspect them, assemble and fill the displays, consolidate cartons, palletise and load the container in Ningbo.
Before your first order
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the structure and the print. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what is realistic — a plain counter tray and a six-shelf floor unit have very different setup costs.
Can you match a retailer’s compliance requirements?
We work to the documentation retailers ask for: BRCGS packaging, FSC chain of custody and BSCI audit reports are available on request. We have produced programs for, or supplied alongside, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Carrefour, Metro, Kmart and Sanrio.
Can you assemble and load in China?
Yes. This is what most of our buyers use us for. We receive goods from your other suppliers at the Ningbo facility, inspect them, assemble the displays, pack them, palletise to your DC specification and load the container. One shipment, store-ready on arrival.
What file types do you need for artwork?
A dieline from us plus your artwork — vector files (AI, PDF or EPS) are best. We will send the dieline template once the structure is approved.
