What is your MOQ?
Counter and PDQ displays start at 200 units. Floor displays start at 500 units. Pallet displays are quoted per programme. Smaller runs are possible on simple structures — send us the spec and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. A plain white sample (unprinted, correct structure) takes 3–5 days and is the fastest way to check size, strength and assembly. A printed pre-production sample takes about 7–10 days. Sample cost is credited back against the bulk order.
Do you charge for structural design?
No. Dieline design and structural engineering are included. You send product dimensions, weight per unit and how many units the display needs to hold; we come back with a dieline, a load estimate and a 3D render.
What file formats do you need?
AI, PDF or PSD for artwork. For structure we work from your product spec — dimensions, weight, pack count and any retailer compliance requirements. If you only have a photo or a sketch, that is enough to start.
How long does production take?
White sample 3–5 days. Printed sample 7–10 days. Mass production 12–18 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finish. Ningbo Port is 40 minutes from the factory, which keeps the last leg short.
What materials do you use?
Recycled and virgin corrugated board from E-flute to BC-flute, kraft or white top liner. FSC-certified board is available and standard for EU and AU programmes. We also produce plastic-free, glue-free lock-in structures where the retailer requires it.
What printing and finishes do you offer?
Offset CMYK plus Pantone spot colours on Manroland 900 presses, flexo for larger runs, digital for samples. Finishes include gloss and matte lamination, aqueous coating and UV varnish.
How do the displays ship?
Flat-packed as standard to save freight — a floor display ships in its own carton and sets up in minutes without tools. If you prefer, we can assemble, fill and palletise in Ningbo and ship store-ready.
What is “assembly for shipment”?
We receive goods from your other suppliers at our Ningbo facility, inspect them, assemble the displays, pack the product in, consolidate cartons, palletise to your DC spec and load the container. It removes a handling step from your supply chain and lets you ship one container instead of several.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, FSC chain of custody and BSCI. Retail compliance documentation for Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Carrefour, Metro and Kmart programmes is available on request.
Can you match a retailer’s compliance requirements?
Yes. Send us the retailer’s display or packaging specification and we will build to it, including board grade, print standards and pallet configuration.
Do you make cardboard cat scratchers and cat houses?
Yes — recyclable corrugated cat scratchers, loungers and houses, plain or printed, with OEM branding and custom cartons. Popular with pet brands and discount retailers looking for a plastic-free alternative.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with deposit, balance before shipment, is standard. L/C at sight for larger programmes. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term accounts.
